Portal Features

Dashboard

It allows you to monitor your account's performance and track your sales effectively.


Event

It enables you to customize your experience, view detailed information such as the number of available spots, track the revenue for each experience, and identify whether it is your current, past, or canceled experience


Members

It allows you to view the number of followers or members you have, including their gender, age, and total spending on your experience. You can also access detailed information about each member.


Bookings

It allows you to view who booked your experience via the link, the Tribe app, and those who canceled their booking.


Messages

Every time you publish an experience, a group chat will be automatically generated


Feedback

This feature shows how satisfied or unsatisfied your participants are. You can see their gender, age, the experience they booked, and their feedback. This gives you insights into the genders and age groups most interested, helping your improve your community/experiences.


Payouts

It allows you to track your monthly and overall earnings. It displays the title of your event/experience, the date it occurred, your total revenue, the platform fee, and your net earnings. Additionally, you can monitor whether Tribe has already processed your payment or if it is still pending.


Profile

It allows you to reset your password, contact the community creator support channel, and toggle your email notifications on or off. (Enabling email notifications ensures you’ll receive updates when someone books your event or experience.)


My Community

It allows you to edit your community information, update your community pictures, and preview how your community appears on the app or website.


Setup Payouts

This is where you can input your payment information such us Account name and IBAN to receive earnings from your event or experience.
