I Forgot my Password

Q: I forgot my password. Can you help me?
A: To reset your password, navigate to your profile, click on "Settings", and scroll to the bottom where you'll find the option to "Reset Password".

Q: I mistakenly input the incorrect email address. Can you help me?
A: Unfortunately, there is currently no way for you to amend it on your end. However, please send us a message, and we will assist you in resolving this issue.
